If you want to bring your own stuff to break it is $10 more for 20 minutes (the 20 minutes includes set up) or you can choose.
Let’s face it – real life is stressful. Whether you work a demanding job, pay attention to politics, or simply field too many calls from your overbearing mother in law, odds are good that you have at least one reason to need to blow off some serious steam. The Rage Room was created for a single purpose: to give you a safe space to smash stuff. We guarantee that you’ll feel better afterwards.
Science has proven that long-term stress is bad for you. From fatigue and irritability to depression and heart disease, we now know that the effects of stress extend much further than previously imagined. And yet, the vast majority of Americans still live with at least a measure of chronic stress. In fact, it is so commonplace, that many people fail to realize that it is negatively affecting their health until they experience some sort of serious physical or psychological event.
Unfortunately, to combat their stressful lifestyle many individuals turn to self-destructive habits that ultimately make matters far worse. This is merely the illusion of stress relief, and it generally causes collateral damage. There’s a better way.
Studies have shown that one of the best and most positive methods to decrease stress is to regularly engage in an enjoyable activity. Some people love running or meditation. Others complete puzzles or play board games. While breaking dishes or TVs in a smash room is decidedly less serene, there are few activities that cut right to the chase and literally allow you to destroy your anxiety – one china plate at a time.
The concept of a rage or smash room actually started in Japan just a few years ago, but it has rapidly gained traction around the world, and especially in the United States. It is easy to see why. After all, who hasn’t had the desire to break something after a particularly crazy day? In these rooms, throwing an adult-sized tantrum is entirely acceptable. In fact, it’s encouraged.
Cheaper than Therapy

You will be amazed how great it feels to demolish your ex-wife’s CD collection, and who knows? You may even save on next month’s recycling bill.
Option 2: Want to keep your stuff intact? You can choose from a selection of small, medium, and large items that we have stocked and ready for purchase. You simply choose which ones you’d like to break, and we will set them up for you to destroy in the Rage Room.
